One API at the centre, and everything built on it.
Every surface goes through the same API, so permissions, the audit trail and rate limits are the same everywhere.
REST API
Visits, invitations, people, bookings and attendance over JSON. The contract is published: build against it today, though fields may still change.
Webhooks
Get told when visitors arrive and leave. Event types, payloads and Standard Webhooks signing are published.
OAuth 2.1 apps
Authorization code with PKCE, for third-party apps and AI assistants, approved by an admin in each organisation.
MCP server
Connect an AI assistant to your organisation. It sees only what the person who connected it can see.
