From invite to goodbye

One visit, handled end to end.

  1. 1. Invite

    Hosts invite from the Workspace app or the console. The guest gets a pass by SMS, WhatsApp or email, with a map pin and a reminder the day before.

  2. 2. Arrive

    At the gate or reception, the guest scans the pass or checks in at the kiosk. A walk-in takes under a minute: name, host, photo, and ID only if you ask for it.

  3. 3. Approve

    The host gets an alert by push, SMS or WhatsApp and lets the guest in with one tap, or asks them to wait. Reception watches it happen live.
