Each organisation decides

A group sees only what each member gives it.

A group is started by an Owner on Pro or Enterprise, who invites organisations by their Agoo address. Each one’s Owner accepts and chooses what the group gets inside it: totals only, read-only, or admin. They can change it or leave whenever they like.

  • Totals only: numbers in the group’s dashboard and reports, and nobody can open the organisation
  • Read-only or admin: the group’s admins open it as Auditors or Admins, with two-step verification
  • Everything a group admin does is marked “via the group” in the member’s own audit trail

See who’s on site, who’s expected and who’s waiting across every organisation, then each one side by side. Group reports compare visits, visitors, walk-ins, no-shows and waits, and show the busiest sites across the group.

Security and rules

One watchlist across the group. One standard for all.

Organisations that opt in share their watchlist: someone banned at one is held at the gate of the others, and security there is alerted. The group can require two-step verification for everyone and limit how long members keep visitor data. Members can be stricter, never looser.
