Tracked codes
Know what people scan, without following anyone.
Each tracked code shows its scans by day, by weekday and hour, and by country and device. No IP address is ever kept: places are the network’s estimate, and each scanner is counted once a day without being identified.

For your people and places
A code for every person, entrance and site, from where you manage them.
Make a staff card from someone’s page in People, a check-in poster for a site’s entrance or each gate, and directions that open the site on a map, all filled in from the record. Each record lists its codes, and everyone can find their own staff card in their profile.
- Staff cards follow People: a new job title or phone number is on the card at the next scan
- Check-in posters welcome visitors by site and gate and send them to reception; when self check-in arrives, the same printed poster opens it
- Attendance badges: a QR badge to clock in with, printed from People and never counted against your tracked codes
- Removing a gate or site ends its posters, so nobody is sent to a door that’s gone
