Two native apps for iPhone, iPad and Android phones and tablets. Agoo Workspace is the app for everyone on your team. Agoo Kiosk turns a tablet or phone at your entrance into a welcome point for visitors and a clock-in point for staff.

No tablet at the door? The front-desk computer can be the kiosk, in its browser, with nothing to download.

Agoo Workspace

The app for everyone at an organisation that uses Agoo: hosts, employees, receptionists, security and admins. Sign in with your Agoo account and you see what your role allows, no more and no less.

  • Your visitors

    Know the moment your visitor arrives, and approve or decline in one tap, from the lock screen if you like. Invite a visitor with a pass they keep on their phone.

  • Your time

    Clock in and out on your phone when you’re at your site, or with the kiosk’s code. See your shifts, attendance and leave, and show your staff badge at the kiosk.

  • The front desk

    Today’s visitors in one list: check in, check out, register a walk-in or scan a pass. Answer visitors who write to your organisation on WhatsApp.

  • Safety

    Send an emergency alert and see everyone on site in one list. Mark people safe as you find them.

    For Owners and Admins: people and roles, kiosks and devices, QR codes, reports, quick switches and activity.

Agoo Kiosk

Agoo Kiosk turns a tablet or phone at your front desk, gate or factory entrance into a welcome point for visitors and a clock-in point for staff. It looks like your organisation from the first tap.

  • For visitors

    Who you are, who you’re here to see, and anything the organisation asks. Arrive with an invitation? Scan the QR code on your pass and walk in.

  • Signed on the screen

    Visitors read and sign what the site needs (a privacy notice, an NDA, site rules) with a finger on the screen.

  • For staff

    Clock in and out with a badge, a card, a PIN or the Agoo Workspace app on your phone.

  • For the gate

    Guard mode for security: check visitors in and out, scan passes and record vehicles and plates.

  • Your organisation’s own

    Your logo, your colours, your welcome, your questions: set once in the Agoo Console, shown on every kiosk.

  • Built for real conditions

    Check-ins, pass scans and clock-ins keep working through network and power cuts and send themselves when the connection returns.

Agoo Kiosk also runs in a web browser. Add a computer’s browser under Devices in the Console, open your organisation’s kiosk address on the front-desk computer and type the code. Visitors check in, show a pass and check out on it, and staff clock in with their name and PIN.

  • A desktop, a laptop or a Chromebook, or a tablet’s browser
  • One of your plan’s kiosks and devices, like a tablet, on every plan
  • It needs a steady connection, and has no staff badges or cards, ID reading, badge printing, deliveries or gate mode. The Agoo Kiosk app has those, and works offline

Android

Install on Android in three steps.

On Android, the apps come straight from us as a file you install yourself. Google Play is on its way, and updates will come from there.

  1. Step 1

    Tap Download for Android

    On the phone or tablet you want the app on, choose Agoo Workspace or Agoo Kiosk below.

  2. Step 2

    Allow the install

    When your phone asks, allow your browser to install apps. Android asks once for each browser.

  3. Step 3

    Open the file and tap Install

    You’ll find it in your notifications or your Downloads. Then open the app.

Before you start

What you need.

The apps are free, and they belong to an organisation that uses Agoo. Here’s what each one asks for.

  • Agoo Workspace

    An Agoo account from your organisation

    You can’t create one in the app: your organisation invites you. What you see depends on your role and on what your organisation has turned on.

  • Agoo Kiosk

    A pairing code from the Console

    An Owner or Admin pairs each kiosk with a code from the Agoo Console or the Agoo Workspace app. There is nothing to sign up for in the app.
