Ask about your data

Under the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) you can ask what personal data Agoo keeps about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it or stop using it. Confirm your email with a code and we'll answer you there. See how we use your data in the privacy notice.

We answer within 30 days, and within 40 for a copy of your data (the Data Protection Act, 2012, section 35). If the form doesn't work for you, email agoo@ardentafrica.com with “Privacy” in the subject.

What happens next

We email you a reference and the date we'll answer by: within 30 days, and within 40 for a copy of your data.
Before we share or change anything, we check that you are who you say you are, using details we already hold, and may contact you to do that.
If your request is about an organisation that uses Agoo (somewhere you visited, or your employer), that organisation decides about its data. We pass your request on, tell you we have, and help it answer. Its visitor pages have their own Your data page.
