Every parcel logged, told and handed over.
Parcels, envelopes and lunch orders logged at the desk, the gate or by the courier, with a photo of the label. Whoever it’s for is told at once with a one-time code, reminded until they collect it, and the handover is on record. On every plan, and offline in the apps.
At the desk
A photo of the label, and Agoo suggests who it’s for.
Reception logs a parcel in the Console or on their phone in Agoo Workspace, and guards log one at the gate. The app reads the label on the device and suggests who it’s for; tap the right person, a team such as Finance, or keep it at reception. Say what it is and where you’ve put it, and save.
- Parcel, envelope, food or something else, with how many and where it’s kept
- For a person, every member of a team, or the front desk itself
- When nobody is named, it goes to reception, or to the person or team you choose
- The sender, the courier, the tracking number and the rider’s details, if you have them
- Logged with no network in the Agoo apps, and sent when the connection is back
Couriers
Couriers log their own, at the kiosk or on their phone.
The kiosk’s Delivery button lets a courier photograph the label, choose who it’s for and leave. Where there’s no kiosk, a drop-off poster at the door does the same on the courier’s own phone. Visitors and couriers never browse your staff list: they type three letters and see a first name and an initial.
- On the Agoo Kiosk apps, offline too, and on a kiosk in a browser, online
- A drop-off poster for each site, off until you turn it on; while it’s off, it asks couriers to hand parcels to reception
- Ask for the rider’s name and phone, and a photo of the label, or not at all
- “I don’t know who it’s for” goes to reception
Told at once
The recipient hears first, with a code only they see.
Whoever a parcel is for is told on their phone in Agoo Workspace first, then by text or email if the app doesn’t reach them, with a six-digit code to collect it. A parcel for a team tells everyone in it. Reminders follow until it’s collected, and food is chased after half an hour.
- Push first and free, then SMS and email, and WhatsApp if they choose it on a paid plan
- A new code for every parcel, seen only by the recipient and their team, never by reception
- Your parcels in Agoo Workspace and the Console, with each code large to show at the desk
- Reminders every 24 hours, up to three times, or as you set them; Remind now at the desk
- Whoever logged it told when it’s collected, if you like
Handing over
The code, a signature, or a reason on record.
You choose what collecting takes: the recipient’s code or their signature at the desk, only one of them, or reception’s word. Reception can always hand a parcel over with a reason, and a kiosk with nobody at it takes the code only. Every parcel keeps its story: who logged it, who was told, each reminder, who collected it and who handed it over.
- Signatures with a finger, a pen or the mouse
- Codes checked by the kiosk even with no network
- Change who it’s for while it waits: the new recipient gets a new code
- Send it back, or record it as refused at the door, with a reason
- Every step in the audit trail

In the Console
What’s waiting, what’s gone, and what came back.
Console → Deliveries shows every parcel at your sites, waiting oldest first with food at the top, and updates as parcels arrive and leave, without a refresh. Search by name, courier or tracking number, filter by site and date, open a parcel for its photos and story, and export the list.
- Waiting, collected, sent back and all, at the sites your role covers
- A Parcels waiting card on Home
- CSV export of what you see
- Settings for Owners and Admins: couriers, the drop-off poster, collecting, reminders and label reading

Labels read by AI
Handwriting and crowded labels, read for you.
Turn on reading labels with Agoo’s AI and each label photo is also read by AI, which suggests who it’s for and fills in the courier and the tracking number. It uses 1 AI credit a label from your plan’s allowance (20 on Free, 100 on Starter, 500 on Growth, 2,000 on Pro, 10,000 on Enterprise a month) or AI packs, and gives the credit back if it fails. A person always chooses.
- Off until an Owner or Admin turns it on
- Only the label photo is read; matching to your people happens in Agoo
- Logging never waits for it
- Not used to train AI models
